Founded in 2008, MATCHING Executive Search (MES) is one of the well-known executive search firms in south China, who focuses on partnering with our clients to achieve a competitive advantage through identifying, recruiting and retaining senior executive talents in China.
We work closely with our clients to understand their needs, leveraging our personal networks as well as systematically searching and uncovering new talent.
